Check for any missing or damaged shingles, and make sure all gutters and downspouts are clear. 2. Insulate Your Home: Make sure your home is properly insulated to help keep the heat in and the cold out. Check all windows and doors for drafts and caulk any gaps or cracks. You can also add insulation to your attic to help keep the house warm. 3.
