    7/18/2022 Adam is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the current trends of the market. He walked me through his process of how he looks at properties and prepared me for searching for properties in this crazy market. After that I was ready to make an offer and be under contract within a week of working with Adam. I did minimal work after that and Adam stayed on top of deadlines and paperwork that needed to be signed to get me into the house as quickly as possible. He had a great working relationship with my agent at Churchill Mortgage which made the process that much smoother.
